Miss. Brown

I am a junior at Illinois State University majoring in Elementary Education with a minor in Spanish. I have always loved reading since I was little thus getting a reading endorsement was a must when I started college. I hope to work someday in a 3rd grade classroom somewhat near my hometown of Mahomet. I can't wait to share my passion of reading with my future students!

Miss. Delapa

I am currently a junior at Illinois State University majoring in Elementary Education as well as attaining a Spanish Minor and Reading Endorsement. Reading has always been an important aspect of my life. I have loved reading every since I was a young child and still continue to today. I believe reading is critical for students and students should be provided with opportunity to improve and progress in their reading. I am excited to work with my future students and share my love for reading with them. I hope to work within District 15 as a fifth grade teacher in the near future!

Miss. Hoffman

I am a junior at Illinois State University majoring in elementary education. I am getting my endorsements in reading, social science, science and language arts. In elementary school, I discovered my love for reading. Ever since then I have loved reading and reading is something I want to enjoy with my students in the future. I hope to work someday as a first grade teacher in the school district I went to school at back in Buffalo Grove.

Miss. Chokshi

I am a junior at Illinois State University majoring in Elementary Education with an endorsement in Reading. I also have a Diploma in Indian Classical Dance. I remember bringing home stacks of books to from the library and finishing them in a day. I loved going on adventures with the characters and learning new things. As the years went on the stacks and my passion for reading grew. I entered university knowing that I wanted to be an educator and make reading a large component. My goal is to work as a third grade teacher, to start an after school program, and spread the fun of reading and imagination everywhere I go!

Miss. Pysarenko

I am currently a junior here at Illinois State University. I am majoring in Elementary Education and receiving endorsements in Language Arts, Social Science, ESL, and Reading. Since I was little, I have always had a passion for reading. In elementary school, I was the student that begged to extend our silent reading time because I would just lose myself in a book. There was no question when it came to my decision about getting a reading endorsement. My dream job is to teach at the elementary school I attended in Carol Stream, and spread my love and passion for reading to my future students.
